    Step 2. Send us the item(s) that you wish to loan against by either:

    a) posting your item(s) by Royal Mail Special Delivery to:

    or

    b) call freephone 0800 410 2200 or email info@ PawnDirect.co.uk and we will send you a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery pack for you to send your item(s) which will be insured up to £2,500.

    or

    c) deliver them in person to our head office address as above, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (except Bank Holidays).

  • Step 3

    receive the money

    Step 3. Receive the money

    When we receive your item(s) they will be valued and we’ll phone and/or email you with our loan offer, which you can accept by confirming the electronic agreement.

    We transfer the money to you either

    a) directly into your bank account - usually cleared within 2 hours of transfer

    or

    b) by sending you a cheque

    or

    c) by sending you a postal order

    You need to send (post, fax or scan) copy documents (not originals*) for ID verification.

    You will need to supply us with a copy of proof of address (for example, any utilities bill: Gas, Electricity or Council Tax; Store Card, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement) dated within the last three months, and a copy of your passport or photo card driving licence.

  • Step 4

    Step 4. Redeem your item

    The loan period is for 7 months with a single repayment at the end of the Loan Term - nothing to pay for 7 months. No need for any monthly instalments or payments until the end of the loan.

    You can pay back your loan at any time during the 7 months by simply paying off the loan amount and outstanding interest due.

    There are no extra fees, penalties or charges for early redemption.

    As soon as your loan is paid off we will return your item(s) to you.

    You can extend the loan period for another term of 7 months, AT ANY TIME, by simply paying up the outstanding interest due, and starting again with a new 7 month loan.

    If you do not wish to proceed with the loan once we have made you an offer or we are unable to offer a loan for whatever reason, then we will return your item(s) to you by the same service as they were sent and received. Secure free of charge and insured up to £2,500.
